Its main purpose is to facilitate decision-making and prioritise issues for the association or associations. As per the by-laws of Bestow Edutrex International LLP and its associations

1. There shall be an Executive Committee, composed of the above officers, elected each year to serve for one calendar year each, and the Executive Advisor, who shall serve ex-officio without vote. The Executive Committee has ultimate responsibility and authority for all policy decisions.
2. Members of the Executive Committee (EC) serve a term of one calendar year. The Committee meets twice or three  times a year: once in June and once in May, immediately prior to the  annual board meeting. Attendance at these meetings is mandatory. Meetings are to be conducted only through online mode.
3. EC helps associations make decisions regarding their strategic planning and direction according to their goals, vision, and values.
4. In addition to serving the needs of the board and the executive committee, the board also focuses on conducting an exclusive membership drive from time to time.

· Promoting an international platform for better understanding and improving the quality of education and training in the respective field through international cooperation

· Developing and strengthening cooperation between education, industry, and allied sectors

· Organizing international and regional meetings and conferences, as well as workshops for knowledge creation and application.

· to encourage, facilitate, and promote the coordination of researchers, professionals, and industry experts.

· to foster the development of effective and efficient members in the respective field for professional and career growth.
